SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Our delivery aim is 3-5 working days, but we ask customers to allow up to 7 days for delivery, especially if you have items that require embroidery. We ship to the UK and shipping costs will be determined upon checkout.
Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
If I have made a mistake with your personalisation, I will ensure to resolve the issue immediately. I will cover all costs for the returns of the product and replace immediately. Non embroidered items can be returned but the return would be at your own cost to ship it back to us.
- We may refuse your order if the chosen personalisation contains content which is deemed inappropriate. Please note that the more characters you choose, the smaller the embroidery will appear.
